โครงการนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อสร้างชุดการสอนงานปฏิบัติ เรื่อง “การพัฒนาบทเรียนวิชาเขียนแบบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต ส่วนที่ 2” โดยมีสมมุตติฐานการทำโครงการ คือ มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์มาตรฐาน 80/80 นักศึกษามีความรู้เพิ่มขึ้นก่อนเรียน และ นักศึกษามีความพึงพอใจมากที่สุเต่อสื่อ โดยใช้ ชุดการสอนงานปฏิบัติ เรื่อง ส่วนที่ 2 “การพัฒนาบทเรียนวิชาเขียนแบบด้วยคอมพิวเตอร์เพื่อใช้บนระบบเครือข่ายอินเตอร์เน็ต” เป็นเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการทดสอบกับกลุ่มประชากรที่เลือก คือ นักศึกษา คณะครุศาสตร์อุตสาหกรรม มหาวิทยาลัยเทคโนโลยีราชมงคลพระนครชั้นปีที่ 1 ได้แก่ สาขาวิศวกรรมคอมพิวเตอร์ สาขาวิศวกรรมไฟฟ้า และ สาขาวิศวกรรมอิเล็กทรอนิกส์และโทรคมนาคม ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในปีการศึกษา 2558 ภาคเรียนที่ 2 จำนวน 35 คน
