This research aims (1) to study the level of participation of employees and members in the development of Nakhon Thai Agricultural Cooperatives Co., Ltd. (2) to study the economic factors of employees and cooperative members affecting the participation of employees and members in the development of Nakhon Thai agricultural cooperatives. (3) To study the motivations that affect the participation of employees and members in the development of Nakhon Thai Agricultural Cooperatives. The population used in the study was 21 employees and a sample of members. The statistics used in the data analysis are frequency distribution, percentage calculation, mean, standard deviation, t-test, one-way variance: one-way-ANOVA, Pearson correlation coefficient, and multiple regression analysis. The results showed that the majority of the sample were female (60.8 percent), aged between 41 and 50 years old (35.2 percent), bachelor's degree or equivalent (28.40 percent), marital status (78.70 percent). The analysis found that the majority of respondents had farmers' careers, representing 43.2% of the average monthly income of 5,001 – 10,000 baht, 43.8% and 54.3% of the period of membership. With an average of 3.81 experiences of employees and members participating in activities of Nakhon Thai Agricultural Cooperative Co., Ltd., there are an average of 3.58 expectations on benefits to receive a total average of 4.01 and satisfaction in participating in coordination. The total average of 3.73 respondent participation was very high. There are two forms: participation in meetings, planning, and participation in activities. Participation in monitoring and evaluation and participation in mutual benefits is moderately participating. Hypothetical tests showed economic factors for employees and cooperative members. The occupation, income and duration of membership of those who completed the questionnaire differed, affecting their participation in the development of Nakhon Thai Agricultural Cooperatives. Statistically significantly limited to 0.01 levels Motivation factors include desire, experience, expectations and satisfaction.
