1. ตรวจสอบการรับเข้าสินค้า
ลงบันทึกเอกสารการรับเข้าสินค้า
2. ตรวจสอบเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นในห้อง Test
2.1 ตรวจสอบระบบเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นทั้งหมดและลงบันทึกการตรวจสอบ
- ระบบไฟฟ้า
- ระบบน้ำ
- รอบและระยะเวลาในการปรับอุณหภูมิของเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นลงบันทึกข้อมูล
3. ตรวจสอบในกระบวนการผลิตและสินค้าสำเร็จรูป
3.1 ตรวจสอบระบบโฟม ก่อนผลิตชิ้นงานตัวแรก
- Test PU FOAM
- ระยะเวลาในการฉีดโฟม
- หาความหนาแน่นของ โฟม
- ค่าในการฉีดโฟมของแต่ละรุ่น และลงบันทึกข้อมูล
3.2 แจกจ่ายเอกสารการตรวจสอบก่อนผลิตชิ้นงานตัวแรกทุกขั้นตอน
3.3 ตรวจสอบกระบวนการผลิตตั้งแต่กระบวนการแรกจนถึงกระบวนการสุดท้ายทุกชั่วโมงลงบันทึกข้อมูล
4. บันทึกข้อมูลยอดผลิตและของเสียเพื่อตัดยอดในระบบ NAV 2013
(ทำข้อมูลย้อนหลังตั้งแต่เริ่มผลิตชิ้นงานทั้งหมดเพื่อให้ทางSAWHA ต่างประเทศสามารถรีโมทเข้ามาดูได้)
หน้าที่รอง
1. ทำคู่มือการทำงาน(WI) ของแต่ลูกค้า จำนวน 16 คู่มือ เนื่องจากแต่ละลูกค้าจะใช้ส่วนประกอบในเครื่องทำน้ำอุ่นไม่เหมือนกัน( ดำเนินการยังไม่เสร็จ )
2. ทำIQR แต่ละSUPPLIER ให้กับSUPPLIERเพื่อให้ลงบันทึกข้อมูลการตรวจสอบ(เฉพาะในประเทศไทย)
3. แปลเอกสารระเบียบปฏิบัติของProduction & QC.ที่เป็นภาษาอังกฤษ ให้เป็นภาษาไทยทั้งหมด (ดำเนินการยังไม่เสร็จ)
ส่งให้กับ Mr.Pascal MONTGERMONT ดูการเปลี่ยนแปลงทุกวัน
