Therefore, it is important that there should be studies because they can see the trend of conducting customer relationship management that the deal which will result in the Organization, and which method will result in the benefits and implementation of business benefits to create competitiveness and advantages which are interested to learn about customer relationship management, the study said the trend is, however, both past and present, to guide future research studies.
