ผลการวิจัยพบว่าโรงแรมที่ใช้ระบบปรับอากาศแบบรวมศูนย์ (RAVINDRA BEACH RESORT & SPA) ใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในระบบปรับอากาศมากที่สุดเพื่ออุปกรณ์ทำความเย็นแบบรวมศูนย์ (Chiller Plant) คิดเป็นสัดส่วน 76.1% ของการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าในระบบปรับอากาศ ซึ่งใช้ส่งความเย็นไปยังบริเวณต่างๆภายในโรงแรม โดยเป็นการปรับอากาศในส่วนห้องพักมากที่สุด รองลงมาคือการปรับอากาศในส่วนภัตตาคาร และFACILITIES อื่นๆ
