การศึกษานี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของบุคลากรครูต่อการดำเนินงานโครงการพัฒนางานประกันคุณภาพภายในสถานศึกษา ประจำปีงบประมาณ 2558 โรงเรียนพุทไธสง สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษามัธยมศึกษา เขต 32 ใน 4 ด้าน ได้แก่ ด้านผลการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการจัดการศึกษา ด้านการบริหารจัดการศึกษา และด้านการประกันคุณภาพภายใน ประชากรที่ใช้ในศึกษาได้แก่ บุคลากรครูโรงเรียนพุทไธสง จำนวน 144 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลเป็นแบบสอบถามชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่
ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
