นายรังสรรค์ ศรีวรศาสตร์ ปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง เปิดเผยถึง ผลการเบิกจ่ายเงินปีงบประมาณ 2558 ตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 ตุลาคม 2557 – วันที่ 17 เมษายน 2558 เบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ จำนวน 1,436,715 ล้านบาท จากยอดเงินเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณของรัฐบาลทั้งปี 2,575,000 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 55.8 ของวงเงินงบประมาณ ประกอบด้วยรายจ่ายประจำ เบิกจ่ายไปแล้ว จำนวน 1,284,358 ล้านบาท (จากวงเงินงบประมาณ 2,125,524 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 60.4) และงบรายจ่ายลงทุน เบิกจ่ายไปแล้ว จำนวน 152,357 ล้านบาท (จากวงเงินงบประมาณ 449,476 ล้านบาท หรือคิดเป็นร้อยละ 33.9)


โดยมีโครงการสำคัญตามนโยบายรัฐบาล อาทิ มาตรการเพิ่มรายได้ให้แก่ผู้มีรายได้น้อย เบิกจ่ายไปได้แล้วคิดเป็น ร้อยละ 97.3 หรือ 38,900 ล้านบาท จากวงเงินงบประมาณ 40,000 ล้านบาท


นอกจากนี้ กระทรวงการคลังยังได้มีการเร่งรัดเบิกจ่ายผ่านคณะทำงานติดตามเร่งรัดของกรมบัญชีกลาง ให้มีการลงพื้นที่ติดตามหน่วยงานที่ได้รับรายจ่ายลงทุนสูง แต่เบิกจ่ายค่อนข้างต่ำจำนวน 11 แห่ง อีกด้วย


ปลัดกระทรวงการคลัง กล่าวเพิ่มเติมว่า “เม็ดเงินจากภาครัฐที่เข้าสู่ระบบเศรษฐกิจ และการติดตามการเร่งรัดเบิกจ่ายหน่วยงานต่างๆ เพื่อทำให้การเบิกจ่ายงบประมาณ ประจำปี 2558 เป็นไปอย่างมีประสิทธิภาพและเป็นไปตามเป้าหมายที่กำหนดไว้ ซึ่งจะสามารถสนับสนุนให้เศรษฐกิจขยายตัวได้อย่างต่อเนื่อง และเป็นการกระตุ้นเศรษฐกิจให้มีเม็ดเงินหมุนเวียนในระบบ”
