ค่าบริการ (Service Charge)
กรณีที่ผู้ใช้ต้องการเพิ่มค่าบริการ (Service Charge) เข้าไปในยอดรายการอาหาร/เครื่องดื่ม สามารถทำได้ที่หน้า POS ให้คลิกที่ปุ่ม “ค่าบริการ” ระบบจะแสดงหน้าจอ “Service Charge” ขึ้นมา ผู้ใช้สามารถเลือกเฉพาะสินค้าบริการที่ต้องการเพิ่มค่าบริการโดยการกดปุ่ม Crtl ในคีย์บอร์ดค้างไว้ พร้อมกับเลือกสินค้า/บริการที่ต้องการ สังเกตว่า สินค้าใดที่เราเลือก จะมีแถบสีน้ำเงินคลุมอยู่ หรือถ้าจะเลือกทั้งหมดก็ให้คลิกปุ่ม “เลือกทั้งหมด/ไม่เลือกทั้งหมด” สลับกันไปมา เพื่อเป็นการเลือกสินค้า/บริการ หรือยกเลิกการเลือกสินค้าบริการทั้งหมดได้ สุดท้ายให้กรอกจำนวน Service Charge ลงไป (หน่วยเป็น%) กดปุ่ม ตกลง โปรแกรมจะคำนวณค่าบริการให้อัตโนมัติ ตัวอย่างดังรูป 2.80
