4.การรวมเป็นตลาดเดียวกันจะช่วยดึงดูดการลงทุนจากต่างประเทศให้เข้ามาลงทุนในภูมิภาค รวมถึงประเทศไทยมากขึ้น และสร้างรายได้แก่ประชาชน
