ประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม
เรื่อง กำหนดค่าปริมาณของสารเจือปนในอากาศที่ระบายออกจากโรงงาน
พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๙
อาศัยอำนาจตามความในข้อ ๑๖ แห่งกฎกระทรวงฉบับที่ ๒ (พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕) ออกตามความ
ในพระราชบัญญัติโรงงาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๓๕ รัฐมนตรีว่าการกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม จึงได้ออกประกาศไว้
ดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ ๑ ให้ยกเลิกประกาศกระทรวงอุตสาหกรรม เรื่อง กำหนดค่าปริมาณของสารเจือปน
ในอากาศที่ระบายออกจากโรงงาน พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘ ลงวันที่ ๔ กุมภาพันธ์ พ.ศ. ๒๕๔๘
ข้อ ๒ ในประกาศนี้
“อากาศที่ระบายออกจากโรงงาน” หมายความว่า อากาศที่ระบายออกจากปล่องหรือช่องหรือ
ท่อระบายอากาศของโรงงานไม่ว่าจะผ่านระบบบำบัดหรือไม่ก็ตาม
“น้ำมันหรือน้ำมันเตา” ให้หมายความรวมถึง ผลพลอยได้ที่นำมาใช้เป็นเชื้อเพลิงสำหรับ
