i have to show up for being the government staff on january 21st.i have to use money about 40,000.- but i already have 20,000 can i borrow you for 20,000 ? the money that i borrow from you i will bring to do everyting this i have told you.

2.for check up and have to give some money to police to help me to pass this course because i have a tattoo and having a tattoo is not good.
3.between february-march well not get the salary untill i pass the course in april then i have to use a lot of money.
4.for my self i cannot borrow the money from cousin or friend because they have to use thay own and they have to responsibilities their familis.
