การวิจัยนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาระดับการมีส่วนร่วมของประชาชนในการจัดทำแผนพัฒนาสามปี พ.ศ. 2558 – 2560 ขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลทุ่งแค้ว อำเภอหนองม่วงไข่ จังหวัดแพร่ ทำการรวบรวมข้อมูลโดยใช้แบบสอบถามเก็บข้อมูลจากประชากร 300 คน วิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้สถิติการแจกแจงความถี่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงแบนมาตรฐาน
