4 สร้างระบบเเจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติเมื่อมีจำนวนชิ้นงานที่เสียเกิดขึ้นในระหว่างการผลิตมีค่าเข้าใกล้ หรือเท่ากับ หรือเกินกว่า ค่าปกติที่ตั้งค่าไว้ในโปรเเกรมจากการคำนวณ (Higher than Base line Value) ใช้ความรู้ทาง Visual Basic Studio ในการออกเเบบโปรเเกรมเเจ้งเตือนอัตโนมัติ
