เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม และแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบมีโครงสร้าง
วิธีการสรุปผล
การวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลผู้ทำการศึกษาจะนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากการศึกษาหนังสือ ตำรา งานวิจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องนำมาทำแบบสอบถาม แบบสัมภาษณ์ และจากการสัมภาษณ์กลุ่มตัวอย่างมาจัดระบบข้อมูลตาม โปรแกรม SPSS โดยนำแนวคิดและทฤษฏีที่เกี่ยวข้องมาช่วยในการอธิบายให้ข้อมูลเด่นชัด และน่าเชื่อถือยิ่งขึ้น
