คู่กรรม ได้รับการนำไปสร้างเป็นละครโทรทัศน์และภาพยนตร์แล้วหลายครั้ง เริ่มจาก ช่อง 4 บางขุนพรหม เป็นละครถึง 2 ครั้ง ในปี พ.ศ. 2513, พ.ศ. 2515 และต่อมาทางช่อง 9 อสมท. ในปี พ.ศ. 2521
