Article 15: Entire responsibilities:
15.1 Both parties shall perform and comply with all terms and conditions of the contract of providing-receipting the construction project from article 1 until article 15.
15.1 The contract of providing-receipting the construction work of The National Road N0 5 project shall be effective and valid from the date of both parties signing and stamping in front of the attorney at law and witnesses as evidence.
15.3 This contract is made in Khmer and English for 8(eight) original copies
1-Party (A) : 02 original copies in all versions
2-Party (B) : 02 original copies in all versions
3-Each Attorney at Law : 02 original copies in all versions
4-Banks : 02 original copies in all versions
