5.ในระหว่างที่เช่า ผูเช่าจะต้องสงวนรถ และบำรุงรักษา เสมอกับวิญญชนจะพึงสงวนและบำรุงรักษาทรัพย์สินทร์ของตนเอง
6.ผู้เช่าจะต้องรับผิดชอบในความสูญหาย หรือบุบสลายอย่างใดๆอันเกิดขึ้นแก่ทรัพย์สินที่เช่าเพราะความผิดของผู้เช่าเอง หรือบุคคลอื่น
