ครอบคลุมทุกกิจกรรมการทำงานของ บริษัทผู้รับเหมา (ผู้รับจ้าง) ที่ปฏิบัติงานให้กับธนาคารสแตนดาร์ดชาร์เตอร์ด (ไทย) จำกัด (มหาชน)

คำนิยาม
ความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย หมายถึง เงื่อนไขและปัจจัยที่มีผลหรืออาจมีผลต่อสุขภาพและความปลอดภัยของผู้รับเหมาที่มาปฏิบัติงาน
อันตราย หมายถึง การระบุถึงแหล่งที่มา สถานการณ์ หรือการกระทำ ที่มีความเป็นไปได้ที่จะก่อให้เกิดอันตราย ทำให้เกิดความบาดเจ็บต่อร่างกาย ความเจ็บป่วยหรือทั้งสองอย่างรวมกัน
การบ่งชี้ถึงอันตราย หมายถึง กระบวนการ ที่ค้นหาและระบุว่าอันตรายนั้นๆ มีอยู่และมีการให้นิยามลักษณะของความเสี่ยงนั้นๆ
การประเมินความเสี่ยง หมายถึง กระบวนการประเมินความเสี่ยง จากอันตรายต่างๆที่อาจเกิดขึ้น โดยพิจารณาถึงความประสิทธิภาพในการควบคุมความเสี่ยงในขณะนั้นด้วย ว่าเป็นความเสี่ยงที่ยอมรับได้หรือไม่ สถานการณ์อันตราย หมายถึง อุบัติการณ์ที่เกี่ยวพันกับการทำงาน ที่ก่อให้เกิดหรืออาจก่อให้เกิดการบาดเจ็บ อาการป่วยไข้ หรือเสียชีวิตของคนงาน
มาตรการป้องกัน หมายถึง การกระทำเพื่อขจัดสาเหตุของความเป็นไปได้ของการไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบที่วางไว้หรือโอกาสการเกิดเหตุการณ์ที่ไม่พึงปารถนา
มาตรการแก้ไข หมายถึง การกระทำเพื่อขจัดสาเหตุของปัญหาที่เกิดขึ้นหรือค้นพบจากการไม่ปฏิบัติตามกฎระเบียบที่วางไว้ หรือจากเหตุการณ์ไม่พึงปารถนา

วัตถุประสงค์
(1) เพื่อแสดงถึงความมุ่งมั่นขององค์กรต่อการปฏิบัติงานตามนโยบายด้านความปลอดภัยฯ ที่ได้ประกาศไว้
(2) เพื่อเป็นแนวทางในการจัดทำ และรักษาไว้ซึ่งระบบการบริหารจัดการความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสภาพแวดล้อมในการทำงาน
(3) เพื่อป้องกันไม่เกิดอุบัติเหตุหรือเหตุการณ์ร้ายแรงที่ผลกระทบต่อผู้ปฏิบัติงาน หรือธนาคารฯ
(4) เพื่ดลดความเสี่ยงอันตราย และอุบัติเหตุต่าง ๆ ของพนักงานและผู้เกี่ยวข้อง
(5) ปรับปรุงการดำเนินงานของธุรกิจให้เกิดความปลอดภัย
(6) เพื่อปฏบัติงานให้สอดคล้องตามกฎหมายความปลอดภัยฯ ของประเทศไทย

กฎระเบียบด้านความปลอดภัย อาชีวอนามัย และสิ่งแวดล้อมในการทำงานของผู้รับเหมา
• ขอให้ผู้รับเหมาทุกท่านควรอ่าน และทำความเข้าใจกับคู่มือความปลอดภัยในการทำงานของธนาคารฯ ซึ่งบริษัทของท่านจะต้องเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบหากการกระทำใด ๆ ของพนักงานบริษัทท่านก่อให้เกิดความเสียงหายต่อธนาคารฯ ทุกกรณี
• ข้อบังคับทั่วไป: ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องปฏบัติตามกฎระเบียบของธนาคารฯ และคำแนะนำของเจ้าหน้าที่ของธนาคารฯ อย่างเคร่งครัด
• การประชุมก่อนเข้าทำงาน: ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องเข้าประชุมกับเจ้าหน้าที่ด้านความปลอดภัยฯ ของธนาคาร ก่อนเข้าปฏิบัติงาน
• การแต่งกายของผู้รับเหมา:
- ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องสวมรองเท้าหุ้มส้น และห้ามใส่รองเท้าแตะเด็ดขาด
- ผู้รับเหมาห้ามใส่กางเกงขาสั้น เข้ามาปฏิบัติงาน
• การใช้อุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัยส่วนบุคคล:
- ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลที่เหมาะสมกับลักษณะงานที่ทำ
- ผู้รับเหมาตัองใส่อุปกรณ์ป้องกันอันตรายส่วนบุคคลทุกครั้งที่มีการทำงาน
- อุปกรณ์ป้องกันภัยส่วนบุคคลดังกล่าวทางผู้รับเหมาจะต้องเป็นผู้จัดเตรียมมาเองทุกครั้งที่ทำงาน
• การกำหนดเขตทำงาน:
- ต้องมีการกำหนดเขตพื้นที่การทำงานให้ชัดเจนและมีป้ายติดอันตราย
• อุปกรณ์เครื่องจักร:
- อุปกรณ์ที่นำมาใช้งานจะต้องอยู่ในสภาพที่สมบูรณ์ ทางธนาคารฯ ไม่อนุญาตให้ใช้อุปกรณ์ที่มีการชำรุดในการทำงาน
- อุปกรณ์หรือเครื่องจักรที่เป็นส่วนที่เคลื่อนที่ได้ เช่น หมุน, ตัด จะต้องมีการ์ดครอบ
• การป้องกันอัคคีภัย:
- ห้ามสูบบุหรี่ในสถานที่ปฏิบัติงานโดยเด็ดขาด เว้นแต่จะสูบได้ในที่ที่ทางธนาคารฯ กำหนดให้เท่านั้น
- หากมีการทำงานที่ก่อให้เกิดประกายไฟหรือความร้อน ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องขออนุญาตให้ทำงานจากธนาคารฯ โดยระบุวันเวลาที่ทำงานกับความร้อนให้ชัดเจน
- จะต้องเตรียมถังดับเพลิง / อุปกรณ์อื่น ๆ ที่ใช้ในการดับเพลิงไว้สถานที่ปฏิบัติงาน
• การรักษาความสะอาด:
- ผู้รับเหมาจะต้องรักษาความสะอาดพื้นที่การทำงานตลอดเวลาการทำงานและหลังเลิกงาน
- วัสดุและของเหลือใช้หลังจากการใช้งานเสร็จสิ้นผู้รับเหมาจะต้องนำกลับหรือจัดเก็บให้เรียบร้อย
• การรายงานอุบัติเหตุ/อุบัติการณ์:

1. ในกรณีที่ผู้รับเหมาทำงานสูงจากพื้นที่ที่ปฏิบัติงานเกิน 2 เมตรขึ้นไปจะต้องป้องกันการตกหล่น โดยจัดให้มีนั่งร้านใช้ในขณะปฏิบัติงาน
2. ในกรณีที่ผู้รับเหมาทำงานในลักษณะโดดเดี่ยวที่สูงเกิน 4 เมตรขึ้นไป ต้องป้องกันการตกหล่น และสิ่งของโดยจัดทำราวกันตก หรือตาข่ายนิรภัย หรือจัดให้มีเข็มขัดนิรภัยและสายช่วยชีวิตหรืออุปกรณ์อื่นใดที่มีลักษณะคล้ายกันตลอดเวลาที่มีการทำงาน
3. ให้ปิดกั้นหรือจัดทำรั้วที่แข็งแรงมีความสูงไม่น้อยกว่า 90 เซนติเมตร ล้อมรอบภาชนะหรือสิ่งอื่นใดที่มีลักษณะคล้ายกัน เพื่อป้องกันการตกหล่นของผู้ปฏิบัติงาน
4. ในกรณีที่ผู้รับเหมาทำงานใกล้สถานที่ก่อสร้างที่มีความสูง หรือสถานที่ที่อาจมีการปลิว หรือตกหล่นของวัสดุ รวมทั้งการให้ทำงานที่อาจมีวัสดุกระเด็นตกหล่นลงมา ต้องจัดหมวกแข็งป้องกันศรีษะให้ผู้ปฏิบัติงานตลอดเวลาการทำงาน
5. ให้จัดให้มีการป้องกันการกระเด็น การตกหล่นของวัสดุ โดยใช้แผ่นกั้น ผ้าใบหรือตาข่ายปิดกั้นหรือรองรับ ในการกรณีที่มีการลำเลียงวัสดุจากที่สูง ต้องจัดทำราง ปล่อง หรือใช้เครื่องมือลำเลียงลงจากที่สูง
