มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาภาวะสุขภาพและพฤติกรรมสุขภาพของบุคลากรในวิทยาลัยพยาบาลบรมราชนนี ยะลา เก็บข้อมูลในกลุ่มประชากรที่กำลังปฏิบัติหน้าที่ในปัจจุบัน จํานวน 75 คน ประกอบด้วยอาจารย์ 35 คน เจ้าหน้าที่สายสนับสนุน 40 คน ซึ่งเก็บข้อมูลได้จริง จำนวน 67 คน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 89 เครื่องมือที่ใช้รวบรวมข้อมูลคือแบบสอบถามของกองสุขศึกษา กรมสนับสนุนบริการสุขภาพกระทรวงสาธารณสุข (2557) และแบบทดสอบดัชนีชี้วัดสุขภาพจิตคนไทยฉบับสั้น 15 ข้อ ของกรมสุขภาพจิต (Thai Mental Health Indicator Version 2007 = TMHI-15) แบบสอบถามครั้งนี้ผ่านการตรวจสอบความตรงของภาษาเนื้อหา และเชื่อมั่นของแบบสอบถามโดยหาสัมประสิทธิ์อัลฟ่าของครอนบาคมาแล้ว
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า
ภาวะสุขภาพ; จาการการศึกษาพบว่า ภาวะสุขภาพบุคลากรส่วนใหญ่มีสุขภาพกายดี และสุขภาพจิตในระดับปกติ มีพฤติกรรมการบริโภคอาหารที่เหมาะสม การศึกษานี้พบว่า 1 ใน 3 ของกลุ่มตัวอย่างเป็นผู้ที่มีรอบเอวเกิน(ร้อยละ35.4) ทั้งนี้อาจเนื่องมาจากกลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมการส่งเสริมสุขภาพที่อยู่ในระดับปานกลาง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งการที่บุคลากรส่วนใหญ่ไม่ได้ออกกำลังกาย
พฤติกรรมสุขภาพ; จากการศึกษาพบว่า กลุ่มตัวอย่างมีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพโดยรวมอยู่ในระดับดีมาก (ค่าเฉลี่ย x̄=3.42 ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน S.D = 0.68) แสดงว่ากลุ่มตัวอย่างมีการการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสม แต่ก็ยังมีบางส่วนที่มีพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่ควรปรับปรุง โดยเฉพาะอย่างยิ่งด้านพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกาย ซึ่งมีจำนวนผู้ที่ไม่ออกกำลังกาย คิดเป็นร้อยละ 46.3
การศึกษาครั้งนี้มีข้อเสนอแนะว่า จากการศึกษาประชากร มีสุขภาพโดยรวม และรายด้านเกือบทุกด้านอยู่ในระดับดีมาก แต่ก็ยังมีบางด้านอยู่ในระดับพอใช้ และควรปรับปรุง ดังนั้นผู้บริหารสถาบันควรมีการกำหนดนโยบายที่ชัดเจนในการสนับสนุนและส่งเสริมให้บุคลากรมีการปฏิบัติพฤติกรรมสุขภาพที่เหมาะสมมากขึ้น โดยเฉพาะด้านพฤติกรรมการออกกำลังกายมากขึ้น โดยอาจเพิ่มด้านอุปกรณ์การออกกำลังสำหรับบุคลากรมากขึ้น
