3.1 กลุ่มเป้าหมายการวิจัย
กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้ในการวิจัยครั้งนี้ เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนซับมงคลวิทยา สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาชัยภูมิ เขต 3 ที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 25 คน โดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Random Sampling)
3.2 เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยในครั้งนี้ มีดังต่อไปนี้
3.3.1 แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้การพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้วิธีการเรียนแบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC จำนวน 4 แผน และบทเรียนประกอบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้
3.3.2 แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ทางการเรียน การพัฒนาทักษะการเขียนภาษาอังกฤษ โดยใช้วิธีการเรียนแบบร่วมมือเทคนิค CIRC ก่อนเรียนและหลังเรียนเป็นแบบอัตนัย รวมทั้งสิ้น 80 ข้อ
3.3.4 แบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ หลังการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้วิธีการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ เทคนิค CIRC สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนาน 10 ข้อ
3.3.5 แบบสัมภาษณ์ความคิดเห็นผลหลังการจัดการเรียนการสอนโดยใช้วิธีการเรียนแบบร่วมมือ เทคนิค CIRC สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 จำนวน 3 ข้อและแบบสัมภาษณ์แบบเขียนจำนวน 4 ข้อ โดยใช้แบบสอบถาม แบบกึ่งโครงสร้าง (Semi - Structured Interview form)
