การสอนโดยการนำวีดิทัศน์มาเป็นสื่อประกอบการเรียนการสอน นำเสนอเนื้อหาของบทเรียน เป็นการจัดกิจกรรมที่ช่วยให้ผู้เรียนเกิดองค์ความรู้ด้วยตนเอง โดยมีครูเป็นผู้ชี้แนะ นักเรียนมีส่วนร่วมในกิจกรรมการเรียนมากที่สุด นักเรียนมีการเรียนรู้ซ้ำ ๆ ได้ตามต้องการ การศึกษาค้นคว้าครั้งนี้มีความมุ่งหมาย (1) เพื่อพัฒนาแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง ภาษาท่าและนาฏยศัพท์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ สาระนาฏศิลป์ โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (2) เพื่อหาประสิทธิภาพสื่อวีดิทัศน์ประกอบแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ที่มีประสิทธิภาพตามเกณฑ์ 80/80 (3) เพื่อหาค่าดัชนีประสิทธิผลแผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ (4) เพื่อศึกษาความสามารถการปฏิบัติภาษาท่าและนาฏยศัพท์ กลุ่มตัวอย่าง ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5 โรงเรียนบ้านทุ่งทอง จำนวน 15 คน ภาคเรียนที่ 2 ปีการศึกษา 2551 ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง(Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้ ได้แก่ (1) แผนการจัดการเรียนรู้ เรื่อง ภาษาท่าและนาฏยศัพท์ กลุ่มสาระการเรียนรู้ศิลปะ สาระนาฏศิลป์ โดยใช้สื่อวีดิทัศน์ ชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 5จำนวน 6 แผน 12 ชั่วโมง (2) แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ เรื่อง ภาษาท่าและนาฏยศัพท์ ชนิด4 ตัวเลือก จำนวน 30 ข้อ มีค่าความยากง่าย ตั้งแต่ 0.47 ถึง 0.72 และมีค่าอำนาจจำแนกตั้งแต่ 0.31ถึง 0.75 และค่าความเชื่อมั่นเท่ากับ 0.94 (3) แบบสังเกตวัดการปฏิบัติกิจกรรมนาฏศิลป์เรื่อง ภาษาท่าและนาฏยศัพท์ ชนิดมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า จำนวน 3 ตอน ตอนที่ 1 ภาษาท่า จำนวน16 ข้อ ตอนที่ 2 นาฏยศัพท์ จำนวน 21 ข้อ ตอนที่ 3 การแสดงประกอบเพลงรำเชิญพระขวัญจำนวน 23 ข้อ รวม 60 ข้อ มีค่าความเชื่อมั่นทั้งฉบับเท่ากับ 0.93 (4 ) สื่อวีดิทัศน์ประกอบการสอนเรื่อง ภาษาท่าและนาฏยศัพท์ จำนวน 6 ชุด สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ยส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน และทดสอบสมมุติฐานด้วย t-test (Dependent Samples)
