การทำสารนิพนธ์ครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อศึกษาความคิดเห็นของบุคลากรครูต่อการบริหารงานวิชาการโรงเรียนในกลุ่มอำเภอแก่งหางแมว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถม
ศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 ในด้านการบริหารหลักสูตร ด้านการจัดการเรียนการสอน ด้านการนิเทศภายใน ด้านการวัดผลและประเมินผลโดยจำแนกตามสถานภาพส่วนบุคคล ประชากร ที่ใช้ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ ได้แก่ บุคลากรครูในกลุ่มอำเภอแก่งหางแมว สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษาจันทบุรี เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2556 จำนวน 196 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เก็บรวบรวมข้อมูล คือ แบบสอบถาม ดำเนินการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลโดยใช้โปรแกรมสำเร็จรูปทางคอมพิวเตอร์ (SPSS) หาค่าความถี่ ค่าร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
