ข้อ 5. ผู้เช่าต้องรักษาดูแลทรัพย์สินที่เช่าเสมือนทรัพย์ของตนเองและต้องรักษาความสะอาดตลอดจนความสงบเรียบร้อยตามกฎหมายทุกประการ
ข้อ 6. ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าจะนำทรัพย์สินที่เช่าไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงโดยได้รับความยินยอม จากผู้ให้เช่าแล้ว ผู้เช่ายอมเสียค่าตอบแทนในการโอนสิทธิการเช่านั้นให้แก่ผู้เช่า เป็นจำนวนเงิน ……………...บาท (……………………………….)

ข้อ 9. ผู้เช่าจะให้ความสะดวกแก่ ผู้ให้เช่าหรือตัวแทนผู้ให้เช่าในการตรวจตราทรัพย์สินที่เช่าพอสมควร
ข้อ 10. ผู้ให้เช่าจะใช้สิทธิบอกกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าปฏิบัติตามสัญญานี้ หรือบอกเลิกสัญญาหรือเรียกค่าเสียหายกับผู้เช่าได้เมื่อผู้เช่าผิดสัญญาข้อหนึ่งข้อใดตามสัญญานี้
ข้อ 11. การเช่าตามสัญญานี้ย่อมสิ้นสุดลงก่อนครบกำหนดระยะเวลาที่ระบุไว้ในสัญญาเมื่อปรากฏว่าทรัพย์สินที่เช่าพินาศโดยสิ้นเชิงหรือเป็นส่วนใหญ่เพราะอัคคีภัยอื่นใด
ข้อ 12. ผู้เช่ายอมชดใช้ดอกเบี้ยในอัตราร้อยละ 15 ต่อปี ของยอดเงินค่าเช่าที่ค้างชำระผู้ให้เช่าและค่าใช้จ่ายต่างๆ ที่ผู้ให้เช่าต้องเสียไปเพื่อการทวงถามให้ชำระเงินค่าเช่าอีกด้วย
ข้อ 13. คู่สัญญาตกลงให้สัญญานี้เลิกกัน เมื่อผู้เช่าถูกพิทักษ์ทรัพย์หรือล้มละลายตามกฎหมาย
