จากการทดลองเลี้ยงกบลงขวด เริ่มเมื่อวันที่ 25 มีนาคม 2557 นำลูกกบที่มีน้ำหนัก 5 กรัมลงขวดตามจำนวนที่วางแผนการทดลองไว้ โดยแบ่งออกเป็น 7 กลุ่ม คือ

กลุ่มที่ 1 ขวดพลาสติกใส(กลุ่มควบคุม) จำนวน 7 ขวด ใช้กบ 7 ตัว ใส่กบลงในขวด อัตราส่วน 1 : 1
กลุ่มที่ 2 ขวดพลาสติกสีส้ม จำนวน 7 ขวด ใช้กบ 7 ตัว ใส่กบลงในขวด อัตราส่วน 1 : 1
กลุ่มที่ 3 ขวดพลาสติกสีชมพู จำนวน 7 ขวด ใช้กบ 7 ตัว ใส่กบลงในขวด อัตราส่วน 1 : 1
กลุ่มที่ 4 ขวดพลาสติกสีเหลือง จำนวน 7 ขวด ใช้กบ 7 ตัว ใส่กบลงในขวด อัตราส่วน 1 : 1
