ข้าพเจ้านางสาว จัดทำแฟ้มสะสมผลงาน (Portfolio) ที่มีประวัติของข้าพเจ้า งานที่ได้ปฏิบัติ และชิ้นงานที่ประทับใจหรืองานที่แสดงความก้าวหน้าของตนเอง รวมทั้งรางวัลเกียติยศที่รับ โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายเพื่อเป็นข้อมูล ของตนเอง เป็นสิ่งที่แสดงถึงความรู้ ความสามารถ ความพยายาม แรงจูงใจ ความก้าวหน้า และผลสัมฤทธิ์ในการปฏิบัติงานนั้น ๆ ซึ่งการเก็บผลงาน/หลักฐานในรูปแฟ้มสะสมงานทำให้สะดวกต่อการค้นหา และนำไปใช้ในโอกาสต่อไป ทั้งนี้ การเก็บรวบรวมข้อมูลต่างๆ ตั้งแต่อดีตจนถึงปัจจุบัน ล้วนเป็นหลักฐานที่เกี่ยวข้องและมีความสำคัญต่อตัวของข้าพเจ้า แฟ้มสะสมนี้จะทำให้ผู้อื่นทราบเกี่ยวกับตัวของข้าพเจ้ามากขึ้น
