We are looking for a dynamic, self-directed, creative individual to join our team to support marketing and operations activities.

Primary responsibilities of this position will be to support the launch of a new initiative, the Vista Leadership Academy, www.vistaleadershipacademy.com Vista Leadership Academy is a cross-sector, multi-cultural, professional leadership program that combines virtual classroom sessions, coaching, a leadership retreat to Oaxaca, Mexico and a leadership action plan.

Specific Responsibilities:

Support curriculum design and materials formatting

Support marketing strategy execution including social media management, blog posting, enewsletter

Support program registration process

Support retreat planning logistics

Skills/Experience

MS-Office Suite (MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Social Media (Twitter, Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn)

MailChimp and Salesforce platforms desirable

Virtual classroom platforms (GoToMeeting and Adobe Connect) desirable

Spanish language a plus

Requirements

Personal computer

Transportation (near bus line)

Hours:

5-10 hours per week

Flexible schedule, some work can be done remotely
