Members booking via an OTA are not eligible to earn points for rooms, but may still earn points for F&B and spa purchases when member provides membership number at the time of purchase. Banquet purchases are not eligible to earn points.
Guests will be auto enrolled into the program after check in and will receive an email after night audit. Guest must accept the terms and conditions to become a member, if not accepted, no points can be earned.
If existing member of ‘The 1 Card’ they will need to ‘Opt in’ to become a member of C1C. All guests at Centara Hotels & Resorts will be auto-enrolled into C1C program (Epitome, Opera and Comanche). All properties not using these PMS systems will need to manually enter customer data daily.
If staying with C1C, members receive points for Rooms, F&B , Spa & Laundry (book via a preferred channel and receive double points for rooms, if via OTA no points for rooms, but always earn 10 points per 30 THB/1USD for F&B, Spa and Laundry (laundry only when staying). Members must show their card upon checkin.
If not staying with CHR, members can earn points for F&B, Spa, must quote number or show membership card at time of the transaction to receive points. Once bill has been closed, no points can be earned (must enter membership number at time of transaction – no exceptions).
