เพื่อให้กระบวนการประเมินผลการปฏิบัติงานสำเร็จลุล่วงไปด้วยดี หนึ่งในขั้นตอนของกระบวนการนี้ คือ คือ การเรียนรู้และพัฒนา (Learning & Development) ซึ่งจะต้องดำเนินการอย่างต่อเนื่อง
