ดำเนินงานของโครงการ โดยการใช้แบบสัมภาษณ์ผู้เชี่ยวชาญในงานที่เกี่ยวกับเสาเข็มและกำแพงกันดินเพื่อที่จะ
ใช้สำหรับวางแผนการทำงานด้วยการนำข้อมูลที่ได้จากแบบสัมภาษณ์มาวิเคราะห์ความเป็นไปได้ที่จะเกิด
เหตุการณ์ความเสี่ยง จากการศึกษาตามประเภทที่มีอยู่จำนวน 7 ประเภทความเสี่ยงใน 9 กิจกรรมในก่อสร้าง
