หากผู้ว่าจ้างผิดนัดไม่ชำระเงินค่าจ้างแก่ผู้รับจ้างตามสัญญาข้อนี้ ไม่ว่างวดใดก็ตามผู้รับจ้างมีสิทธิบอกเลิกสัญญานี้ได้ และความเสียหายใด ๆ เนื่องจากการไม่ชำระค่าจ้างตามสัญญา ผู้ว่าจ้างเป็นผู้รับผิดชอบชดใช้ค่าเสียหายนั้นแก่ผู้รับจ้างด้วย
