The purpose of this paper is to study the individual cost of freight transportation routes, and put forward ways to reduce the transportation cost. Taking the ice factory in Gansu Province as an example, in-depth interviews are used to collect data, including transportation routes, the total number of transportation outlets, transportation costs and so on. The VRP spreadsheet solver is applied to solve the transportation route arrangement problem. The results show that the improved optimal route can shorten the distance from the original route, and the total distance after improvement is 61 kilometers, which is reduced by 37 kilometers. 85 kilometers, 37% less than the original, and the distance is considered to be 23 kilometers. 15 kilometers, from the original route to 80 minutes, from 129 minutes to 37% or to 49 minutes, can reduce the original total cost to 4,902,540 bars per year, to 4,390,041 bars per year, and find that 10% can reduce the transportation cost to 512,463 bars per year.<br>Therefore, the enterprise will have a shorter time and distance, which can reduce the transportation cost and improve the efficiency of the enterprise.
