The statistics used to analyze the data were mean and standard deviation. 2: The results of the study a problem from step1 to 5 experts determined the complete revision of the Manual. 3: evaluation of manual the samples used in this study is that teachers totaling 40 people. Derived from samples totaling 234 people in to determine the suitability of 5 aspects
The research results revealed that the overall problem condition was in the high level into 2 aspects. Developed from studies of the components the guide was taken to 5 specialists verifying for Index of Item Objective Congruence (IOC). The IOC value was 0.97.
