การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อ 1) พัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 2) ศึกษาประสิทธิผลของหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่อง จักสานไม้ไผ่ และ 3) ศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนที่เข้ารับการฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 ประชากรที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ นักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 โรงเรียนบ้านปากคลอง ตำบลคอรุม อำเภอพิชัย จังหวัดอุตรดิตถ์ สำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษา อุตรดิตถ์ เขต 1 ปีการศึกษา 2558 ภาคเรียนที่ 1 จำนวน 12 คน ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้ เป็นการศึกษาทั้งกลุ่มประชากร เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัยได้แก่ แบบประเมินหลักสูตร แบบทดสอบวัดผลสัมฤทธิ์ด้านการเรียน แบบประเมินทักษะการปฏิบัติ และแบบสอบถามความพึงพอใจ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลได้แก่ ร้อยละ ค่าเฉลี่ย และส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐาน
ผลการวิจัยพบว่า 1) หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีความเหมาะสมในการจัดกิจกรรมการเรียนรู้ให้แก่นักเรียนใช้เวลาเรียน 24 ชั่วโมง ประกอบด้วย สภาพปัญหาและความต้องการจำเป็น หลักการ จุดมุ่งหมายของหลักสูตร เนื้อหา จำนวน 7 กิจกรรม แนวดำเนินการจัดกิจกรรมโดยใช้ 5 STEPS การวัดผลและประเมินผล มีคุณภาพเหมาะสมในการจัดกิจกรรม 2) ประสิทธิผลทางการเรียนเฉลี่ยโดยรวม ก่อนเริ่มการฝึกอบรม ด้วยหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 เท่ากับ 18.67 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 62.33 และคะแนนเฉลี่ยหลังจากการฝึกอบรม เท่ากับ 24.75 คะแนน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 82.50 แสดงว่า ประสิทธิผลการฝึกอบรมหลังการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรมสูงกว่าก่อนการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 การพัฒนาหลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 4-6 มีค่าร้อยละจากแบบทดสอบระหว่างฝึกอบรม เท่ากับร้อยละ 82.48 และ 3) นักเรียนมีความพึงพอใจต่อการใช้หลักสูตรฝึกอบรม เรื่อง หัตถกรรมเครื่องจักสานไม้ไผ่สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษา ปีที่ 4-6 โดยรวมอยู่ในระดับมากที่สุด ( = 4.52, S.D. = 0.23)
