มาตรา ๙๕ ในกรณีที่ผู้กระทำความผิดซึ่งต้องรับโทษตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้เป็นนิติบุคคลกรรมการหรือผู้มีอำนาจจัดการแทนนิติบุคคลนั้น ต้องระวางโทษตามที่บัญญัติไว้สำหรับความผิดนั้นด้วย เว้นแต่จะพิสูจน์ได้ว่าตนมิได้มีส่วนในการกระทำความผิดนั้น
