ส่วนผสมของสเต็ก
• เนื้อหมูสันนอก 1,050 กรัม
• มันฝรั่ง 700 กรัม
• แครอท 280 กรัม
• ถั่วแขก 210 กรัม
• น้ำมันพืช 210 กรัม
• น้ำเกรวี่ 560 กรัม
• หอมใหญ่ 100 กรัม
• วิปปิ้งครีม 210 กรัม
• เนยจืด 140 กรัม
• หอมแดงสับ 100 กรัม
• ไวน์แดง 70 กรัม
• พริกไทยดำเม็ด 50 กรัม
• เกลือป่น 14 กรัม
• ข้าวโพดอ่อนและผักชีฝรั่ง
1. ลำดับแรกให้นำแครอท ข้าวโพดอ่อน ถั่วแขก และมันฝรั่งต้มให้สุก โดยใส่เกลือป่นเล็กน้อย
2. ทำการตั้งกระทะ ใส่หอมใหญ่สับ ใส่เนยจืด ใส่ผักที่ต้มเอาไว้ในขั้นตอนแรก (ยกเว้นมันฝรั่ง) ใส่เกลือป่น และพริกไทยดำป่นเล็กน้อย จากนั้นผัดให้เข้ากันและนำมาพักไว้ในจาน
3. ขั้นตอนต่อไปตั้งกระทะใส่เนยจืด และผักชีฝรั่งสับ จากนั้นนำมาผัดกับมันฝรั่งที่ต้มสุกแล้วจนมีกลิ่นหอมพักไว้ในจาน
4. จากนั้นนำเนื้อหมู โรยเกลือป่น และพริกไทยดำ พักไว้ ตั้งกระทะให้ร้อนใส่น้ำมันพืชนำเนื้อหมูลงย่างในกระทะให้สุก เมื่อสุกแล้วนำขึ้นใส่จาน
5. นำกระทะที่ย่างหมูเสร็จแล้ว (ยังไม่ต้องล้างกระทะ) ใส่เนยจืด หอมแดงสับ พริกไทยดำบุบซีก ผัดให้หอม ใส่ไวน์แดง น้ำเกรวี่ ปรุงรสด้วยพริกไทยดำ เกลือป่น เคี่ยวสักพัก ใส่วิปปิ้งครีม คนให้เข้ากัน ตักราดบนเนื้อหมู
