 พระเจดีย์เป็นสถาปัตยกรรมแบบล้านนาไทย เชื่อว่าสร้างขึ้นในสมัยเดียวกันกับพระอุโบสถ มีการบูรณะใหม่ในปี ๒๔๙๒ และบูรณะอีกครั้งหนึ่งในปี ๒๕๓๓ แต่เดิมทาสีขาว ปัจจุบันทาสีทองเด่นเป็นสง่า ประดิษฐานอยู่ทิศตะวันตกชิดด้านหลังพระอุโบสถ
