การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1)

การวิจัยครั้งนี้ มีวัตถุประสงค์ 1) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาสู่ชุมชน ในสมัยพุทธกาล 2) เพื่อศึกษาการบริหารการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาสู่ชุมชน ตำบลมะขามคู่ อำเภอ นิคมพัฒนา จังหวัดระยอง 3) เพื่อวิเคราะห์ผลการบริหารการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาสู่ชุมชน ในตำบลมะขามคู่ อำเภอนิคมพัฒนา จังหวัดระยอง การวิจัยครั้งนี้เป็นการวิจัยเชิงคุณภาพ โดยเครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ได้แก่ แบบสัมภาษณ์ที่มีโครงสร้าง และทำการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลที่ได้มา โดยผู้วิจัยเลือกแบบเจาะจง จำนวน 9 คน
ผลการวิจัย พบว่า
1. การบริหารการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาสู่ชุมชนในสมัยพุทธกาล พระพุทธเจ้าทรงใช้ โลกัตถจริยา ทรงบำเพ็ญประโยชน์แก่โลก ความสำเร็จในจริยาข้อนี้ ทรงอาศัยพุทธกิจประจำวันในการเผยแผ่ธรรม ทรงจัดองค์กรโดยใช้พุทธบริษัท 4 พระองค์ทรงกระจายตำแหน่งงานมี 80 พระอรหันต์ เรียกว่า เอตทัคคะ ทรงใช้การสื่อสาร เพื่อการบริหารการดำเนินงานอำนวยการเชิงพุทธ ใช้หลัก 4 ส. ได้แก่ 1) สันทัสสนา 2) สมาทปนา 3) สมุตเตชนา 4) สัมปหังสนา และกำกับดูแลโดยทรงบัญญัติ พระวินัย เพื่อให้พระสงฆ์ใช้เป็นมาตรฐานควบคุมความประพฤติให้เป็นแบบเดียวกัน
2. การบริหารการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนาสู่ชุมชน ตำบลมะขามคู่ อำเภอนิคมพัฒนา จังหวัดระยอง มีแนวทางการเผยแผ่พระพุทธศาสนา ได้แก่
1) การวางแผนเชิงพุทธ ใช้หลักจักขุมา วิธูโร และนิสสยสัมปันโน
2) การจัดองค์กรเชิงพุทธใช้หลักสัปปายะ
3) การบริหารงานบุคคลเชิงพุทธใช้หลักสัปปุริสธรรม
4) การสื่อสารเพื่อการบริหารการดำเนินงานอำนวยการเชิงพุทธ ได้แก่ หลักการสอนตามแนวพุทธวิธี หลักการอบรมวิทยากร และหลักธรรมในบริหารการจัดการ
5) การกำกับดูแลเชิงพุทธ กำกับดูแลเกี่ยวกับเนื้อหาหรือเรื่องที่สอน เกี่ยวกับตัวผู้เรียน และเกี่ยวกับอาคารสถานที่
