สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นระหว่าง Mr. DRUIJF BERNARD JAN WILLEM ที่อยู่ Amsterdam KINGDOM OF THE NETHERLANDS โทรศัพท์ 086-276-4720 ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้เช่า” ฝ่ายหนึ่ง กับ นายประโยชน์ อาภรณ์ศิลป์ ที่อยู่เลขที่ 88/54 หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบล บางเมืองใหญ่ อำเภอ เมืองสมุทรปราการ จังหวัด สมุทรปราการ โดย นางสาวภูริดา จันทร์ขาว โทรศัพท์ 081-7162998 ซึ่งต่อไปในสัญญานี้จะเรียกว่า “ผู้ให้เช่า” อีก ฝ่ายหนึ่ง
คู่สัญญาทั้งสองฝ่ายได้ตกลงทำสัญญาเช่ากันมีข้อความดังต่อไปนี้
ข้อ 1. ผู้ให้เช่าตกลงให้เช่า และผู้เช่าตกลงเช่า บ้านในหมู่บ้านสันกำแพงเลควิวรีสอร์ท 2 เลขที่ 63/30 หมู่ที่ 1 ตำบลออนใต้ อำเภอสันกำแพง จังหวัดเชียงใหม่ เพื่อประโยชน์ในการอยู่อาศัย
ข้อ 2. คู่สัญญาตกลงเช่าตามสัญญา มีกำหนด 6 เดือน นับตั้งแต่วันที่ 1 เมษายน 2558 ถึงวันที่ 30 กันยายน 2558 โดยผู้เช่าตกลงชำระเงินค่าเช่าให้แก่ผู้ให้เช่าเป็นราย โดยแบ่งเป็นเดือน เมษายน ถึง เดือน มิถุนายน 2558 เดือนละ12,000 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นสองพันบาทถ้วน) และเดือน กรกฎาคม ถึง เดือน กันยายน 2558 เดือนละ 13,000 บาท (หนึ่งหมื่นสามพันบาทถ้วน)โดยชำระเงินสดเป็นจำนวนเงิน 75,000 บาท (เจ็ดหมื่นห้าพันบาทถ้วน)
ข้อ 3. ในวันทำสัญญานี้ ผู้เช่าได้วางเงินมัดจำสัญญาไว้เป็นจำนวนเงิน 5,000 บาท (ห้าพันบาทถ้วน) และผู้ให้เช่าได้รับไว้เรียบร้อยแล้ว เมื่อวันที่ 23 กุมภาพันธ์ 2558 โดยเงินทำสัญญาดังกล่าวถือเป็นเงินค่าประกันความเสียหาย หากผู้เช่ามิได้ทำความเสียหายแก่ทรัพย์ที่เช่า หรือติดค้างชำระค่าเช่า หรือมีหนี้สินอื่นใดที่ค้างชำระแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนเงินดังกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าทันทีเมื่อครบกำหนดเวลาการเช่า หรือมีหนี้สินอื่นใดที่ค้างชำระแก่ผู้ให้เช่า ผู้ให้เช่าจะคืนเงินดังกล่าวให้ผู้เช่าทันทีเมื่อครบกำหนดเวลาการเช่า หรือเมื่อสัญญาเช่าระงับลง โดยมิใช่ความผิดของผู้เช่า
ข้อ 4. ผู้เช่าจะต้องเป็นผู้ชำระค่าไฟฟ้า ค่าน้ำประปา ตลอดอายุการเช่า หรือตลอดเวลาที่ครอบครองบ้านที่เช่า
ข้อ 5. ผู้เช่าจะต้องดูแลรักษาทรัพย์ที่เช่ามิให้ชำรุดทรุดโทรม และจะให้ความระมัดระวังรักษาทรัพย์ที่เช่าเสมือนวิญญูชนจะพึงรักษาทรัพย์ของตนเอง
ข้อ 6. ผู้เช่าจะต้องดูแลรักษาความสะอาดบ้านเช่าไม่ให้สกปรก และไม่กระทำการใดๆ จนเป็นที่รบกวนผู้อื่น

ข้อ 7. ผู้เช่าจะทำการดัดแปลงต่อเติมทรัพย์ที่เช่าไม่ได้ เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ 9. ผู้เช่าจะไม่นำทรัพย์ที่เช่าไปให้ผู้อื่นเช่าช่วงหรือตอนสิทธิการเช่า เว้นแต่จะได้รับความยินยอมเป็นลายลักษณ์อักษรจากผู้ให้เช่า
ข้อ 10. ในกรณีที่ผู้เช่าผิดสัญญานี้ไม่ว่าข้อหนึ่งข้อใดหรือหลายข้อรวมกัน ผู้ให้เช่ามีสิทธิที่จะเลิกสัญญาเช่าได้โดยไม่ต้องบอกกล่าวล่วงหน้า
ข้อ 11. เมื่อสัญญาเช่าสิ้นสุดลงไม่ว่าจะด้วยเหตุครบกำหนดระยะเวลาการเช่า หรือด้วยเหตุอื่นประการหนึ่งประการใดก็ตาม ผู้เช่ายินยอมให้ผู้ให้เช่าจะต้องแจ้งล่วงหน้าอย่างน้อย 30 วัน โดยผู้เช่าจะต้องขนย้ายทรัพย์สินและบริวารออกไปจากทรัพย์ที่เช่า ผู้ให้เช่าอาจขนย้ายเองก็ได้ โดยผู้เช่าจะต้องเป็นผู้ออกค่าใช้จ่ายในการขนย้ายและเก็บรักษาทรัพย์สินเอง
ข้อ 12. บรรดาหนังสือติดต่อ ทวงถาม บอกกล่าว หรือหนังสืออื่นใด ที่จะส่งให้แก่ผู้เช่าอันเกี่ยวกับการเช่าตามสัญญาเช่านั้น ไม่ว่าจะส่งทางไปรษณีย์ หรือให้คนนำไปส่งเอง ถ้าหากได้ส่งไปยังสถานที่เช่าแล้วให้ถือว่าได้ส่งให้แก่ผู้เช่าโดยชอบแล้ว ทั้งนี้โดยไม่ต้องคำนึงว่าจะมีผู้รับไว้หรือไม่ก็ตาม

สัญญานี้ทำขึ้นเป็นสองฉบับ มีข้อความตรงกัน คู่สัญญาได้อ่านและเข้าใจข้อความดีแล้ว จึงลงลายมือชื่อไว้เป็นสำคัญต่อหน้าพยาน
