พนักงานที่เข้าอบรมหลักสูตร 3 วัน 100% และได้รับใบ Certificate อบรมได้เฉพาะพนักงานที่เริ่มงานใหม่เท่านั้น คือ การอบรมปฐมนิเทศพนักงานใหม่ ในส่วนของพนักงานเก่า ต้องเป็นผู้เชี่ยวชาญ (วิทยากร) เท่านั้นที่สามารถอบรมพนักงานได้
