2. ควบคุมงานบริการับแจ้งซ่อมระบบไฟฟ้า แก่ผู้เช่า/ร้านค้าในศูนย์การค้าฯ
3. ดูแลการจัดการ และควบคุมการใช้จ่ายงบประมาณของแผนกไฟฟ้าไม่ให้เกินงบปะมาณที่ได้ัรับการอนุมัติ
4. ดูแลการตรวจสอบ /ควบคุมการตกแต่งร้านค้า
5. ดูแลการตรวจสอบงานระบบไฟฟ้า ร้านค้าภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ
6. ควบคุม และกำกับการใช้พลังงานไฟฟ้าภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ
7. ร่วมจัดทำ KPI งานระบบไฟฟ้า ส่งผู้จัดการแผนกงานระบบ
8. ควบคุมการจดมิเตอร์ไฟฟ้าประจำเดือนภายในศูนย์การค้าฯ
9. งานอื่นๆ ที่ได้รับมอบหมาย
