1. ขอบเขตโครงการ
ออกแบบตกแต่งภายในโครงการ Chidlom Hostel
2. ขอบเขตการบริการ
2.1 ออกแบบปรับปรุงห้องพัก
2.2 ออกแบบห้องพักขนาด 2 , 4 และ 8 เตียง
2.3 ออกแบบห้องพักขนาด 1 เตียงนอน พร้อมห้องน้ำในตัว จำนวน 1 ห้อง
2.4 ออกแบบส่วนพักผ่อนนั่งเล่นและต้อนรับ
2.5 ร่วมประชุมและร่วมปรึกษางานโครงสร้าง งานระบบที่เกี่ยวข้อง

3. ขั้นตอนการออกแบบ แบ่งออกเป็น 5 ขั้นตอน ดังนี้
งานขั้นที่ 1 ขั้นตอนวางแผนแนวทางการออกแบบ(PROGRAMMING PHASE)
1.1 ร่วมปรึกษากับเจ้าของโครงการเพื่อทราบข้อกำหนดและวัตถุประสงค์ของโครงการให้ชัดเจน และยืนยันวัตถุประสงค์ดังกล่าวแก่เจ้าของโครงการ
1.2 เสนอแนวความคิดในการออกแบบ (Preliminaly Concept)

งานขั้นที่ 2 งานออกแบบร่างขั้นต้น(SCHEMATIC DESIGN PHASE)
2.1 แบบร่างขั้นต้นแสดงถึงการใช้สอยภายในร้านกาแฟ (Layout Plans)
2.2 รูปทัศนียภาพ (Perspective Sketch)

งานขั้นที่ 3 งานเขียนแบบขั้นพัฒนา(DESIGN DEVELOPMENT PHASE)
3.1 แบบแปลนการจัดห้องและพื้นที่ใช้สอยต่างๆ (Layout Plans)
3.2 รูปทัศนียภาพ (Perspective Views)
3.3 รูปด้าน (Elevation Drawings)
3.4 ตัวอย่างการใช้สี และวัสดุอุปกรณ์ (Material Board)
3.5 การเลือกหรือออกแบบเฟอร์นิเจอร์ (Furniture design or selection)

งานขั้นที่ 4 การทำแบบรายละเอียดและเอกสารประกอบแบบก่อสร้าง(CONSTRUCTION DOCUMENT PHASE)
4.1 แบบรายละเอียดเพื่อทำการก่อสร้างและรายละเอียดประกอบแบบ (Working drawing and specification)
4.2 การเสนอประมาณราคาค่าก่อสร้าง (Cost Estimated)

งานขั้นที่ 5 หน้าที่และขอบเขตงานระหว่างการก่อสร้าง(During Construction)
5.1 ตรวจสอบความถูกต้องของผลงาน ตามแบบรายละเอียดการก่อสร้างฯ ณ สถานที่ก่อสร้างเป็น ระยะ ( 2 ครั้ง/สัปดาห์ โดยผู้ว่าจ้างเป็นผู้ออกค่าเดินทาง และค่าที่พักให้ )
5.2 ให้คำแนะนำและเสนอวิธีการแก้ปัญหาในแง่ของผู้ออกแบบแก่ตัวแทนเจ้าของโครงการ
5.3 อนุมัติตัวอย่างสีและวัสดุ ที่ใช้ในงานก่อสร้าง
5.4 เข้าร่วมประชุมเพื่อช่วยในการพิจารณาปัญหาหน้างานร่วมกับตัวแทนเจ้าของโครงการ







4. รายละเอียดของงาน

4.3 ระบุ ชนิด ,ประเภท, สี ,รุ่น วิธีการติดตั้งของวัสดุ ต่างๆทั้งหมด เพื่อให้ผู้รับเหมาจัดเตรียมตัวอย่าง ให้ผู้ออกแบบและเจ้าของโครงการอนุมัติ และผู้รับเหมาจะเป็นผู้ดำเนินการ จัดซื้อ จัดหาวัสดุให้ตรงตามกำหนดและตัวอย่างนั้น

5. อัตราค่าบริการออกแบบ
ขอเสนอราคาค่าบริการวิชาชีพออกแบบสถาปัตยกรรมออกแบบตกแต่งภายในแบบเหมารวม เป็นจำนวนเงิน 250,000 บาท(สองแสนห้าหมื่นบาทถ้วน) ราคานี้ไม่รวม Vat 7 %












6. ขั้นตอนการเบิกชำระค่าบริการ

งวดที่ 1 10% ของค่าบริการวิชาชีพ 25,000 บาท เมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างอนุมัติให้ดำเนินการ
งวดที่ 2 20% ของค่าบริการวิชาชีพ 50,000 บาท เมื่อส่งแบบร่างครั้งที่ 1
งวดที่ 3 30% ของค่าบริการวิชาชีพ 75,000 บาท เมื่อผู้ว่าจ้างอนุมัติขั้นสรุปแบบร่าง
งวดที่ 4 30% ของค่าบริการวิชาชีพ 75,000 บาท เมื่อส่งแบบก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ
งวดที่ 5 10% ของค่าบริการวิชาชีพ 25,000 บาท เมื่อก่อสร้างแล้วเสร็จ
