1. ปัจจัยส่วนบุคคลของเกษตรกรมีผลเชิงบวกต่อความสำเร็จในยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
2. ความรู้ความเข้าใจเกี่ยวกับปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียงของเกษตรกรมีผลเชิงบวกต่อความสำเร็จในยุทธศาสตร์การบริหารเพื่อการพัฒนาเกษตรกรขององค์การบริหารส่วนตำบลตามปรัชญาเศรษฐกิจพอเพียง
