เพื่อตอบสนองความต้องการในการเดินทางช่วงเทศกาลสงกรานต์ ที่มีวันหยุดยาวติดต่อกันหลายวัน บริษัทฯ ได้เพิ่มเที่ยวบินภายในประเทศ เส้นทางไป – กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – ภูเก็ต จำนวน 7 เที่ยวบิน และปรับเปลี่ยนแบบเครื่องบินให้มีขนาดใหญ่ขึ้นในเส้นทางไป – กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – ภูเก็ต จำนวน 14 เที่ยวบิน เส้นทาง ไป-กลับกรุงเทพฯ –เชียงใหม่ จำนวน 16 เที่ยวบิน และเส้นทางไป-กลับ กรุงเทพฯ – กระบี่ จำนวน 2 เที่ยวบิน ระหว่างวันที่ 9-20 เมษายน 2558 ซึ่งสามารถรองรับผู้โดยสารได้เพิ่มขึ้นกว่า 10,000 ที่นั่ง
และในโอกาสนี้ บริษัทฯได้สร้างสรรค์ขนมหวานจานพิเศษเนื่องในเทศกาลสงกรานต์ โดยเชฟจากครัวการบินไทยได้ปรุงอย่างพิถีพิถัน เพื่อให้บริการผู้โดยสารบนเครื่องบินของการบินไทย ระหว่างวันที่ 13 – 15 เมษายน 2558 ดังนี้

กรุงเทพฯ ให้บริการผู้โดยสารชั้นธุรกิจด้วยพายข้าวเหนียวมะม่วง และให้บริการผู้โดยสารชั้นประหยัดด้วย แมงโก้ โคโค่นัท เวอร์รีน (Mango Coconut Verrine) ส่วนเที่ยวบินขาเข้ากรุงเทพฯ ให้บริการผู้โดยสารชั้นธุรกิจด้วย ขนมแตงไทยและให้บริการผู้โดยสารชั้นประหยัดด้วยวุ้นกะทิลอดช่อง
