บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนเป็นนวัตกรรมทางการศึกษาที่ส่งเสริมให้ผู้เรียนสามารถแสวงหาความรู้ได้ด้วยตนเอง และส่งเสริมพัฒนาผู้เรียนให้เต็มศักยภาพของแต่ละบุคคล การสร้างบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอนในครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ เพื่อสร้างบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 เพื่อศึกษาความพึงพอใจของนักเรียนต่อการพัฒนาบทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 กลุ่มเป้าหมายที่ใช้เป็นนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 โรงเรียนเพิ่มพูนวิทยาคมกาฬสินธุ์ อำเภอยางตลาด จังหวัดกาฬสินธุ์ สังกัดสำนักงานเขตพื้นที่การศึกษาประถมศึกษา เขต 2 ปีการศึกษา 2557 จำนวน 23 คน ซึ่งได้มาโดยการเลือกแบบเจาะจง (Purposive Sampling) เครื่องมือที่ใช้วัดในครั้งนี้ มีอยู่ 2 ชนิด ประกอบด้วย บทเรียนคอมพิวเตอร์ช่วยสอน เรื่อง คำศัพท์ภาษาอังกฤษ สำหรับนักเรียนชั้นประถมศึกษาปีที่ 1 จำนวน 1 หน่วย และแบบวัดความพึงพอใจ แบบมาตราส่วนประมาณค่า 5 ระดับ จำนวน 15 ข้อ สถิติที่ใช้ในการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูล คือ ค่าเฉลี่ย ส่วนเบี่ยงเบนมาตรฐานและสถิติทดสอบ t-test (Dependent Samples) ผลการวิเคราะห์ข้อมูลพบว่า
