มาตรา ๑๙ ห้ามมิให้ผู้ใดประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์ เว้นแต่จะได้จดทะเบียนตามพระราชบัญญัตินี้
มาตรา ๒๐ ห้ามมิให้แฟรนไชส์ซอร์หรือตัวแทนทำการชักชวนหรือโฆษณาด้วยข้อความอันเป็น เท็จหรือเกินความจริงเกี่ยวกับการประกอบธุรกิจแฟรนไชส์
ในการชักชวนหรือโฆษณาให้ผู้อื่นเข้าร่วมทำธุรกิจ แฟรนไชส์ซอร์หรือตัวแทนมีหน้าที่ต้องเปิดเผยข้อมูลและรายละเอียดตามที่ รัฐมนตรีประกาศกำหนด
