แนวทางการศึกษา เนื่องจากในจากปัจจุบันนี้เยาวชนรุ่นที่กำลังเตรียมตัวเพื่อสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษานี้มีค่านิยมในการเลือกมหาลัย คือจะต้องเลือกมหาลัยที่มีชื่อเสียงและอยู่ในอันดับต้นๆของประเทศ ซึ่งมหาลัยเหล่านี้ต้องใช้คะแนนในการคัดเลือกเข้าเรียนต่อค่อนข้างสูงและอาจมีเยาวชนบางกลุ่มที่ไม่ได้ศึกษาต่อตามที่ตนหวังจึงทำให้เด็กเกิดความเครียดยิ่งขึ้นและนำไปสู่ปัญหาบางเรื่อง ในการศึกษาครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์ดังนี้ 1. เพื่อให้นักเรียนชั้นมัธยมศึกษาปีที่ 6/11 มีความเข้าใจและมีทัศนคติที่ดีต่อมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งที่มีชื่อเสียงและไม่มีชื่อเสียง 2.เพื่อนำเสนอข้อมูลที่ได้เกี่ยวกับมหาวิทยาลัยทั้งที่มีชื่อเสียงและไม่มีชื่อเสียงเพื่อสะท้อนความคิดเห็นของเยาวชน 3.เพื่อเปิดมุมมองทัศนคติให้กว้างขึ้นแก่เยาวชนในการเลือกมหาวิยาลัยในการศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษา
กลุ่มตัวอย่างในการศึกษาคือกลุ่มนักเรียนที่กำลังเตรียมตัวเพื่อที่จะสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษา นักศึกษาที่กำลังศึกษาอยู่ในหาวิทยาลัยทั้งที่มีชื่อเสียงและไม่มีชื่อเสียง ครูอาจารย์ในโรงเรียนสุรนารีวิทยาและกลุ่มผู้ปกครองของนักเรียนกำลังเตรียมตัวเพื่อที่จะสอบเข้าศึกษาต่อในระดับอุดมศึกษา
