การติดต่อประสานงานกับทางผู้รับเหมาภายนอก จะต้องผ่านการพิจารณาจาก CE เว้นแต่การประสานงานนั้นๆได้มีการตกลงกับทางผู้รับเหมาก่อนล่วงหน้าไว้แล้วตามสัญญาการซ่อมบำรุงทางหน่วยซ่อมบำรุงจะดำเนินการประสานงานติดต่อเองเพื่อความสะดวกรวดเร็ว แต่ทั้งนี้สามารถเปลี่ยนแปลงให้การติดต่อประสานงานนั้นๆผ่านทาง Engineer ได้ตามความเหมาะสมหรือเมื่อได้รับการร้องขอจากหน่วยซ่อมบำรุง
