การศึกษาการศึกษาสถิติการลาออกของพนักงานโรงแรมฮอลิเดย์ อินน์ รีสอร์ท ภูเก็ต มีวัตถุประสงค์ในการวิจัยเพื่อศึกษาสถิติการลาออกของพนักงาน เพื่อศึกษาสาเหตุของการลาออกของพนักงาน และเพื่อนำข้อมูลที่ได้ไปใช้ในการพัฒนางานบริหารทรัพยากรมนุษย์ โดยมีวิธีการดำเนินงานการวิจัย คือ จำนวนพนักงานของโรงแรมที่ลาออก ในปี พ.ศ. 2557 จำนวน 83 คน เครื่องมือที่ใช้เป็นแบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์ก่อนลาออกของ บริษัท แอล ซี ( ประเทศไทย ) จำกัด เพื่อค่าสถิติที่มากที่สุด
เครื่องมือที่ใช้ในการวิจัย ครั้งนี้ คือ แบบสอบถามและสัมภาษณ์พนักงานก่อนลาออกของ บริษัท แอล ซี ( ประเทศไทย ) จำกัด ไม่สามารถเปิดเผยข้อมูลและนำเสนอคำตอบได้ในทุกคำถาม เนื้อหาของแบบสอบถามมีทั้งหมด 3 ส่วน ดังนี้ ส่วนที่ 1 เป็นการเช็คความรู้สึกของพนักงานที่มีต่อองค์กร ส่วนที่ 2 เป็นการประเมินองค์กรในการบริหารงาน ส่วนที่ 3 เป็นการประเมินการบริหารของ บริษัท IGH แบรนด์ของโรงแรม
