การวิจัยครั้งนี้มีวัตถุประสงค์เพื่อต้องการทราบปัจจัยที่เกี่ยวข้องพฤติกรรมการเลือกรับประทานน้ำปั่น/น้ำปั่นผลไม้ของนักศึกษามหาวิทยาลัยอุบลราชธานี โดยศึกษาความสัมพันธ์ระหว่างปัจจัยด้านคุณลักษณะของบุคคล ปัจจัยด้านที่อยู่อาศัย ปัจจัยด้านการศึกษา ประโยนชน์ที่ได้รับจากการรับประทานน้ำปั่น/น้ำปั่นผลไม้ และความคิดเห็นแต่ละบุคคลที่เกี่ยวกับร้านขายน้ำปั่น/น้ำปั่นผลไม้
จากการศึกษาพบว่า น้ำปั่นที่นักศึกษามักจะรับประทานมากที่สุดคือ รสนมสด คิดเป็นร้อยละ 34% และรองลงมาคือ รสกาแฟ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 12% และรสชาเขียว 12% จำนวนครั้งที่นักศึกษามักจะรับประทานมากที่สุดคือ 2-3ครั้ง/เดือน คิดเป็นร้อยละ34% รองลงมาคือ 5-6ครั้ง/เดือน คิดเป็นร้อยละ 26% รองลงมาอีกคือ ทุกอาทิตย์ คิดเป็นร้อยละ 22%
