จากตารางที่ 4 พบว่า ผู้ตอบแบบสอบถามส่วนใหญ่ใช้บริการรถไฟ 2 ครั้ง/วัน ในช่วงเวลา 08.01 – 10.00 น. โดยมีจุดมุ่งหมายหลักคือไปเรียนหนังสือ ซื้อตั๋วเป็นรายวัน สาเหตุหลักในการใช้บริการรถไฟฟ้าเพื่อหลีกเลี่ยงการจราจรติดขัด และจะกลับมาใช้บริการอีก
